This page explains what information Tuba Furniture (“we”, “us”) collects when you use tubafurniture.com, why we collect it and how we look after it. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to reply to your furniture enquiry.
What we collect
- Your mobile number, when you fill in the “Get a Call From Our Factory” form.
- Your name, email and message, if you send us a message through a contact form.
- Enquiry details: which product or page you were looking at, the date and time, and whether you used a phone or a computer.
- WhatsApp and Call button taps: when you tap these buttons we note the product or page and a short reference code (for example TF-12345) that is added to your WhatsApp message. This helps us know which design you are asking about. We do not see your WhatsApp number until you send us the message yourself.
Why we use it
- To call you back or reply on WhatsApp about the furniture you asked for, with sizes, details and price.
- To understand which designs customers like, so we can improve our range and website.
We do not sell, rent or share your number or details with other companies for marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored on our website and in our private Google Sheet, and may also be sent to our business email. Only the Tuba Furniture team can see them. Your internet (IP) address is used for a few minutes only to stop the same enquiry being recorded twice; it is not saved with your enquiry.
Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics to count how many people visit our website and which pages and designs they look at. It uses small files called cookies and collects general information such as the pages visited, the type of device and the approximate city. WhatsApp, phone and other websites
When you tap a WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or X link, you leave our website and that service’s own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to serve you and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just contact us using the details below and we will do it.
